Coaching Structure

Coaching Structure

Below is the typical structure I follow during our coaching journey.

  • Step 1 - Reality assessment
In the beginning of our journey, we take a look at your life assessment. This is an assessment that you complete before our first session. This highlights the key areas of your life and provides you with a detailed report and chart about how you scored, key life strengths and opportunities. The coaching process begins from here!

  • Step 2 - Breaking through and identifying what's really important
Your first session will generally provide you with many insights into your life and some of these might become key achievements you have during the coaching session. However, sessions 1-3 are about breaking into your unconscious thinking to help you find your truths, what inspires you, values and potentially some root causes of your existing challenges or problems.

  • Step 3 - Creating your plan
Developing the courage to create a plan that will help you move closer to your desired outcome is something that we will work on together. This happens around session 3 and becomes your road map for continued success! Together, we will create a plan to get you closer to your goals or life changes.

  • Step 4 - Finding courage and gaining commitment to action
As our coaching journey continues, this is the process in which we create some space between our sessions. You have a solid plan, and we have anywhere from 2-3 weeks in between sessions to allow you to take action on your plan. As your coach, you will certainly receive messages from me inquiring into where you are with your plan and what actions you completed since forming our plan. If need be, we could certainly schedule a session here.

  • Step 5 - Accountability and change
As our coaching journey starts to come to an end, we look at the changes that have occurred and the successes that you have had. We will work through some strategies that will help you break through some of the barriers that prevented change and how to continue to allow these pressures to stop interfering with the things that truly make you happy in life.
